Please Note: This is the only official/authorised Bhopal Plus application of Bhopal city by BSCDCL (Bhopal Smart City Development Corporation Limited).

Bhopal Plus serves as a one stop shop for any kind of citizen requirement. Based upon ‘One City One App’ concept, citizens of Bhopal city can provide feedback/suggestions to the Government through discussion topics/polls, avail citizen centric services (G2C, B2C & emergency services), register/track any kind of city related complaint using Grievance Redressal module and access live city feeds regarding pollution levels, vehicle parking availability, weather, etc. on the city dashboard.

Main Components of Bhopal Plus application are: Collaboration platform, Citizen service delivery, City dashboard and Grievance redressal platform

1) Collaboration Platform- The collaboration platform forms an integral part of Bhopal Plus, which envisions engaging citizens in governance processes through participatory governance. The platform helps the people of the city to participate in the policy-making and decision-making process of the government through contribution in governance. Some of the salient features of the citizen collaboration module integrated in the platform are:

a) Citizens can collaborate and provide inputs/opinions on various policy related and local governance topics through discussions, polls and surveys

b) Solicit popular opinion from citizens through polls and surveys on various topics of relevance for making intelligent and appropriate decisions to benefit the people

c) Enable citizen participation in on-ground, online contests and volunteer work to support government

2) Citizen service delivery - The feature allows citizens to avail citizen centric services available on the Bhopal Plus platform. Citizens will have the provision to request/track in order to get desired results from a service. The desired results could be in the form of a certificate being requested, application id for a service request, making payments for utility bills and generation of utility bills, etc.

3) City dashboard- The application consists of a public dashboard which will disseminate live data feeds related to the Bhopal city and would also provide quantitative analysis of citizen engagement and service delivery through the Bhopal Plus application

4) Grievance redressal- The application provides the provision to submit citizen grievances and track the status of the submitted grievances

भोपाल प्लस किसी भी प्रकार की नागरिक आवश्यकता के लिए एक स्टॉप शॉप के रूप में कार्य करता है। Bhopal वन सिटी वन ऐप ’अवधारणा के आधार पर, भोपाल शहर के नागरिक चर्चा विषयों / चुनावों के माध्यम से सरकार को प्रतिक्रिया / सुझाव प्रदान कर सकते हैं, नागरिक केंद्रित सेवाओं (G2C, B2C और आपातकालीन सेवाओं) का लाभ उठा सकते हैं, शहर से संबंधित किसी भी प्रकार की शिकायत को पंजीकृत / ट्रैक कर सकते हैं शिकायत निवारण मॉड्यूल का उपयोग करना और शहर के डैशबोर्ड पर प्रदूषण के स्तर, वाहन पार्किंग की उपलब्धता, मौसम आदि के बारे में लाइव सिटी फीड का उपयोग करना।

भोपाल प्लस एप्लिकेशन के मुख्य घटक हैं: सहयोग मंच, नागरिक सेवा वितरण, सिटी डैशबोर्ड और शिकायत निवारण मंच

1) सहयोग मंच- सहयोग मंच भोपाल प्लस का एक अभिन्न हिस्सा है, जो सहभागी शासन के माध्यम से नागरिकों को शासन प्रक्रियाओं में संलग्न करता है। मंच शहर के लोगों को शासन में योगदान के माध्यम से सरकार की नीति-निर्माण और निर्णय लेने की प्रक्रिया में भाग लेने में मदद करता है। प्लेटफॉर्म में एकीकृत नागरिक सहयोग मॉड्यूल की कुछ मुख्य विशेषताएं हैं:

क) नागरिक चर्चा, चुनाव और सर्वेक्षण के माध्यम से विभिन्न नीति संबंधी और स्थानीय प्रशासन विषयों पर इनपुट / राय सहयोग और राय दे सकते हैं

ख) लोगों को लाभान्वित करने के लिए बुद्धिमान और उचित निर्णय लेने के लिए प्रासंगिकता के विभिन्न विषयों पर सर्वेक्षण और सर्वेक्षण के माध्यम से नागरिकों से लोकप्रिय राय

ग) सरकार को समर्थन देने के लिए ऑन-ग्राउंड, ऑनलाइन प्रतियोगिता और स्वयंसेवी कार्य में नागरिक भागीदारी को सक्षम करें

2) नागरिक सेवा वितरण - यह सुविधा नागरिकों को भोपाल प्लस प्लेटफॉर्म पर उपलब्ध नागरिक केंद्रित सेवाओं का लाभ उठाने की अनुमति देती है। नागरिकों को किसी सेवा से वांछित परिणाम प्राप्त करने के लिए अनुरोध / ट्रैक करने का प्रावधान होगा। वांछित परिणाम एक प्रमाणपत्र के अनुरोध के रूप में हो सकता है, सेवा अनुरोध के लिए आवेदन आईडी, उपयोगिता बिल के लिए भुगतान और उपयोगिता बिलों का निर्माण, आदि।

3) सिटी डैशबोर्ड- आवेदन में एक सार्वजनिक डैशबोर्ड होता है जो भोपाल शहर से संबंधित लाइव डेटा फीड का प्रसार करेगा और भोपाल प्लस एप्लिकेशन के माध्यम से नागरिक सगाई और सेवा वितरण का मात्रात्मक विश्लेषण भी करेगा।

4) शिकायत निवारण- आवेदन नागरिक शिकायतों को प्रस्तुत करने और प्रस्तुत शिकायतों की स्थिति को ट्रैक करने का प्रावधान प्रदान करता है
